Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

We charge a flat shipping rate of EUR 6.90 per order.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), shipping costs are calculated as follows:

Depending on the weight and delivery location.

Bulky goods are specifically marked as such.

International Deliveries

Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated based on shipment weight and country classification. The country classification is set out below.

Delivery to the following B2C destinations is excluded due to statutory regulations and the resulting economic impracticality. The primary reason for this is restrictions under the packaging regulations of the respective countries:

  • Slovakia

  • Spain

DHL International (Premium) Scandinavia

Up to 31.5 kg = EUR 22.00

DHL International (Zone 1 EU)

  • Up to 5 kg = EUR 19.00

  • Up to 10 kg = EUR 22.00

  • Up to 20 kg = EUR 30.00

  • Up to 31.5 kg = EUR 35.00

DHL International (Zone 1 Non-EU)

  • Up to 5 kg = EUR 22.00

  • Up to 10 kg = EUR 24.00

  • Up to 20 kg = EUR 33.00

  • Up to 31.5 kg = EUR 40.00

DHL International (Zone 2 & 3)

  • Up to 5 kg = EUR 22.00

  • Up to 10 kg = EUR 28.00

  • Up to 20 kg = EUR 40.00

  • Up to 30 kg = EUR 53.00

DHL International (Zone 3 Non-EU)

  • Up to 5 kg = EUR 19.00

  • Up to 10 kg = EUR 25.00

  • Up to 20 kg = EUR 35.00

  • Up to 30 kg = EUR 45.00

Where delivery is made to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer. Such charges are not payable to the seller but to the competent customs or tax authorities in the destination country. Customers are advised to obtain information from the relevant authorities prior to placing an order.

Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective product description, delivery of goods shall be made:

  • Within Germany: within 1–5 days

  • For international deliveries: within 5–12 days

after order confirmation (or, in the case of advance payment, on the day following your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time shall be determined by the item with the longest delivery period.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
